14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Streamasterbox Store offers a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all products. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the item may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
- Items that show physical damage, water damage, or excessive wear (e.g., stains, dirt, food remnants) are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for: Issues related to application compatibility or user misunderstanding, unless the product was misrepresented or a feature was explicitly guaranteed.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Support Reach out to the support team via email at info@streamasterbox.com with your return request and proof of purchase.
- Receive Authorization If eligible, a return authorization form will be issued. This form must be included in the return package.
- Ship the Product Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international returns. Products should be shipped to our warehouse in California, USA.
- Refund Processing Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 72 hours through the original payment method. Depending on the bank, refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days.
1-Year Warranty
All devices purchased from Streamasterbox Store come with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
- If a device malfunctions, customers should contact info@streamasterbox.com for technical support.
- If necessary, the unit may be returned for repair or replacement (at the company’s discretion).
- The warranty does not cover physical or water damage.
Third-Party Purchases
Streamasterbox Store does not honor returns, refunds, or warranty claims for devices purchased from third-party vendors. Any issues with third-party purchases must be resolved directly with the seller. Items sent to Streamasterbox Store under these conditions will be returned at the sender’s expense.
Important Notes
Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and reviewed for condition and completeness. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility of apps or services with the device before purchasing. Streamasterbox devices run on Android and are not traditional cable boxes.
